• Advanced Bookings are highly recommended for all accommodations. Reservations can be secured by one of the following methods of payment: Diner's Club, VISA, Mastercard, AMEX, JCB Cards and Interac E-mail Money Transfers.
• Cancellations Policy - 48-hours notice or more is required for cancellations. The full rate of the room is charged to your credit card for failure to provide such notice unless the room can be rented.
• Room rates include full English (hot) breakfast.
• Rates quoted are in Canadian dollars. Current rate of exchange given on US Funds, taxes included.
• Check in time after 3pm on the day or arrival or by special arrangements. Check out time is 11am, departure day.

• Free, secure parking is provided. We do not, however, accept any responsibility for damages to the vehicle or content under any circumstances.
• Complimentary wireless Internet available to guests.
• Guests are responsible for their personal behaviour; damages to property will be charged accordingly to the guest's credit card.

• McGrail Guesthouse Bed & Breakfast meets the current fire regulations from the Fire Department of the City of Niagara Falls, Ontario. The Establishment does not accept any responsibility for personal property and or personal injuries regardless of the cause.

For Your Health and Safety

• McGrail Guesthouse Bed & Breakfast is a "Smoke Free" environment. For your protection, all areas are monitored with highly sensitive smoke detectors. Smokers are invited to the smoking area on the open veranda located at the front of the house.
• McGrail Guesthouse Bed & Breakfast is a "Street Shoe Free House." Each guest is provided with sanitized slippers for the duration of their stay. Slippers are available in each guestroom for your comfort as well.
